“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or legal entity that:

- Submits an enquiry or quotation request
- Purchases products
- Engages Nuvon for services
These Terms apply to:

- All product supply and service delivery by Nuvon

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, approving a quotation, purchasing products, or engaging our services, you confirm that you:

4. Products, Enquiries, and Services

- Designer wallpaper and wallcoverings
- Custom printed or imported wallcoverings
- Decorative furnishings
- Brand new furniture
- Bespoke furniture (custom-designed and manufactured)
- Second-hand furniture
- Wallpaper sourcing and consultation
- Professional wallpaper installation services
Important Clarifications
- Products displayed on our website, catalogues, or marketing materials may be representational or enquiry-based and do not constitute a binding offer.
- Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract.
A legally binding agreement exists only when:
- A written quotation or invoice is issued, and
- The client formally accepts it (written or payment confirmation).
All goods and services are supplied in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
5. Imported, Bespoke, and Custom Products
Certain products supplied by Nuvon may be:
- Imported
- Special order
- Bespoke or custom manufactured
- Supplier-specific or limited collections
Once confirmed:
- Orders cannot be cancelled
- Products cannot be returned
- Products cannot be refunded
Except where required by law (CPA) or for normal stock items.
Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for:
- Design selection
- Specifications approval
- Accurate measurements
- Correct quantities ordered
6. Pricing and Availability
- All pricing is in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change prior to quotation acceptance
- Pricing is subject to:
- Supplier adjustments
- Currency fluctuations
- Import and logistics costs
Prices may:
- Exclude installation unless specified
- Exclude delivery unless stated
⚠️ Binding Pricing Rule:
The price stated in an official quotation or invoice overrides all other pricing.
7. Installation, Wall Preparation, and Site Conditions
7.1 Scope of Work
Installation quotations are based on:
- Client-provided information
- Site inspection (if conducted)
- Defined scope in quotation
7.2 Surface & Wall Conditions
Nuvon is not liable for issues arising from unsuitable surfaces, including:
- Damp or moisture
- Uneven or poorly finished plaster
- Flaking paint
- Structural cracks or movement
- Contaminated or unstable substrates
Where additional preparation is required:
- It may fall outside scope
- It may be quoted separately
- It may affect timelines
8. Quotations, Invoices, and Contractual Supremacy
Quotations, invoices, and project documentation may include:
- Project-specific terms
- Installation conditions
- Payment structures
- Technical specifications
Legal Hierarchy
In the event of any conflict:
1. Quotation / Invoice Terms (Highest Authority)
2. Project-Specific Written Agreements
3. These General Terms and Conditions

Additional and project-specific terms and conditions may be stated within the quotation or invoice, and such terms shall be legally binding and take precedence over these general Terms.
9. Timelines and Delivery
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing:
- All timelines are estimates only
Delays may occur due to:
- Supplier production timelines
- Import processes
- Shipping and freight delays
- Customs clearance
- Courier logistics
Nuvon is not liable for delays beyond its control.
10. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Disrupt or compromise website functionality
11. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- Branding
- Designs
- Text
- Images
Remains the property of Nuvon or its licensors and may not be used without written consent.
12. Third-Party Links
Nuvon is not responsible for third-party websites linked on its platform.
13. Personal Information (POPIA)
All personal data is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

20. Defective Products
- Must be reported before installation/use
- Evidence may be required
Resolution follows CPA:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
Installed or altered products are not eligible for return.
