RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

18. Returns – Standard/Stock Items
Returns within 14 days allowed if:
- 25% restocking fee applies
- Items unused and resalable
- Original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase provided
19. Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable:
- Imported items
- Bespoke/custom furniture
- Custom wallpaper
- Special orders
- Second-hand furniture (sold as-is unless otherwise stated)
20. Defective Products
- Must be reported before installation/use
- Evidence may be required
Resolution follows CPA:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
Installed or altered products are not eligible for return.
