RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

18. Returns – Stock Wallpaper
Stock wallpaper may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• A 25% handling and restocking fee will apply
• Wallpaper must be unused
• Wallpaper must be in its original packaging
• Rolls must be undamaged and resalable
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
Nuvon reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
19. Non-Returnable Wallpaper
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Imported wallpaper
• Bespoke wallpaper
• Custom ordered collections
• Special supplier orders
These products are sourced specifically for each client and therefore all sales are final.
20. Defective Products
If wallpaper is defective or damaged upon delivery:
• The issue must be reported before installation
• Photographic evidence may be required
Defective goods will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Wallpaper that has already been cut or installed cannot be returned.
